Been at this location twice. Service at the window is good. They took my order and it was ready in a timely fashion. Both times I have gone on a Sunday about an hour after they open. Prices are competitive with other chicken restaurants. Worth my time and money to return.

I ordered an 8 piece family meal. Came with a large side and six biscuits. I asked for some packets of hot sauce and honey. They wanted to charge me 35 cents for each condiment package! I was told that if I would have gotten a combo meal, condiments are included. But, apparently if you spend $28 and get a whole family meal, you have to pay for each condiment packet?! Smh! Ridiculous! Who came up with that rule? Other than that, food was 8/10.

Out of everything we wanted. Settled for a 20 piece of strips. Paid extra $4.99 for a large family side. It was 1/2 full 🙁 only found out after a 20 min ride home. Also look at the spicy tenders. They are 1/2 the size of the regular. Sadly tiny.

Terrible terrible terrible. Chicken was a weird chewy/tough texture and more batter than chicken. The macaroni and cheese is just gross. And the gravy was pretty much gravy flavored water. They just need to close it down. I’d give this place zero stars if I could.

Employees were very nice and friendly. Very clean location, you can tell it’s new. Bud sadly the gizzards were the absolute worse I’ve ever had. I’ve been to Chicken Express all over and have never had them this bad. Overcooked. Absolutely no spice. I literally could not eat them. Plus the potatoes were almost cold, suspect it was because I got there early in morning.

Logan, was super employee. He had a gentleman who odered lunch for his crew. He up sold and everything was great. Until he noticed he added to many lunches. Handle everything like a champion. Was super stressed but took it all in strid. Every staff member was on point.

I ordered a number one combo with a roll and a sweet tea. When I get to the window the girl had a coke. When I got home I realized I got a biscuit and not a roll. The chicken looks barely cooked at least the fries were warm.

Chicken Express is one of my families favorite fast food places, however, this store was terrible. There were only three cars in the drive- thru and no customers inside the store and we waited about 15 minutes to get a 12 piece with 2 sides. The chicken was not hot, the French fries were stale, the mashed potatoes were not mixed properly and were flaky and the biscuits were hard as rocks. I am extremely disappointed. I would not recommend anyone waste their time and money here.
