I’m Done!! I went through the drive thru at this location today just to get a hot meal instead of cooking dinner. I’m on that been there done that mode. Gizzard, it’s something that I crave and it’s always hit and miss. Today was a “MISS!” Dehydrated jerky and no flavor. I was willing to try the 2nd and third, but after peeling and eating nothing, I was just done, beyond done! I work hard for my money! I understand they don’t want to loose product, but making everything ahead of time just does work for everything…Guess it was worth the lesson and now a choice not to go back! So simple and y’all make these on the regular. Could I go back? Yes, but having to get dressed and drive back, out gas and time…YEAP YOU GOT ME AGAIN!! You won’t get my money or my time anymore. Straight to the trash you go! No ill will towards you or your company…Make Something Besides Chicken!! Stick with Tea and Instant potatoes!!!!!!!

I ordered a 4 piece with okra and French fries and I got 2 French fries…like literally 2 French fries not 2 orders of fries. I also only got 2 pieces of chicken. My order has been messed up almost every time I have gone there.

Absolutely horrible customer service at the drive through. Simply asked if they got rid of serendipity seasoning at every location and the girl with braces working the drive through said “how am I supposed to know I work at the one in Sanger” (we were at the one in Sanger) completely out of line and a simple “I’m not sure” would have sufficed. You will not go far with this kind of attitude
