We always love Chicken-E but sorry to say this visit was sub par. The strips were kinda hard and dry, and mashed potatoes were flaky and cold. I’m gonna give ‘em the benefit of the doughy and say just a bad day cause we love this place, we will be back soon.

I thought it would be nice to have Chicken-E. The prices seemed a high, but then we got home and found the strips were very hard and dry, seemed like they had been sitting for awhile, the fries were hard and cold. I’m not going to give that kinda of money for that kinda of food. Better off eat day old donuts. I will not be back!

OK the food was great after waiting in line 40 minutes no kidding. Then they charged me for extra rolls but they were missing. The food we finally got was hot & tasted good. But this location on 05/26 /23 @ 9pm was busy but the employees were in no hurry to serve ppl.

First visit came an hour before closing and was told the fryers were down for the night and could not make fish. Second visit did not listen to order at all had to repeat multiple times. Ended up charging us for a whole liver dinner Instead of a side of livers. Then forgot all sides on all 3 dinners after waiting for 15 mins for them to cook stuff. Food was good though.

Wow this place needs new management. Went in to get our order there wasn’t a clean table in the house. And they where all empty but one. It took us atleast 20min to get our food. When the food was obviously cooked tons of fried chicken just sitting under the warmer. The guy running the show seemed like he lacked pep in his step for the position he is in.

Ordered online for pickup while visiting the area on vacation. Waited over 30 minutes upon arrival between standing in line to be helped and waiting for our full order. Place was very disorganized, lots of yelling from behind the counter, as well as rushed but not in getting ordered properly. Upon getting our food had to wait another several minutes for our drinks. Got back to our hotel only to find our upgraded family side of fries were missing altogether, drinks were watery because the ice had melted while waiting to get them, and food was cold and soggy (likely because we had to wait so long). Not at all impressed and out money for missing items, undrinkable drinks, and cold and soggy food. Some $40-50 down the drain.

This was by far the worst Chicken E I’ve ever had. The chicken strips had no meat, they were dry, cold and chewy. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else because the food here is garbage.

I was so frustrated with these people So we’d been sitting in the drive-thru, we were 1 car behind the window. The cashier came out to the car to get payment, then we pulled to the widow. Sat there 45min which the cashier kept going out getting other payments, taking people food for several cars behind us, then I was staring down the Mgr to do something or even ask why we were STILL at the window….. finally that happened, finally they got it figured out, we then were asked to pull up while they finally made our order WTH!
