We ordered 20 piece tender with 5 sides. On the bottom of the tender box was 2 nuggets (counted as tenders) and 2 slightly larger than nuggets counted as tenders. 1 person here got 4 nuggets and 1 strip. Very disappointing. Talk to your staff about this.

These people provide amazing customer service. I drove through on May 8 at 9:40pm (20 minutes before closing) and asked for specific pieces of chicken. They did not have the pieces I wanted, but offered to cook them for me. I was amazed that they would offer that at 20 minutes til closing. Although I feel customer service is dead for the most part, it is alive and well at this location of Chicken Express. Thank y’all for your efforts and great service. I’m a regular customer and will continue to be! Incidentally, Golden Chick is 1 mile from my house. You guys are 5 miles, but well worth the drive.

I know this is a chicken place but why sell any product that is inedible? Didn’t think it was possible for fish to be this tough. Definitely the worst fish filet I’ve ever tried to eat. 1 bite from each of 3 filet to confirm it wasn’t a one off bad piece. The rest goes in the trash.

This is my new favorite Chicken Express. The young man working the drive-thru today (6-22-23) at 4:00 p.m. was very nice. Had an awesome experience. Food was perfect. He did me right.

The flavor of this store’s food in particular is unparalleled. It’s worth trying the spicy tenders, bone chicken wings, corn nuggets, jalapenos poppers (AMAZING) and the fish! The service is very good, the staff are pleasant and helpful. Clean space. I highly recommend it!!!!

The chicken at this location is always hot and fresh! And their tea here uses reverse osmosis water, which I don’t think other locations do. Surprised this CE only has 3.5 stars, might all be from the previous ownership because the food and service is great now!
