Had to wait on chicken over 25 mins girl brought order ask if everything was there including rolls. She said yes. Got home no rolls. One person in front of me waiting and 3 in drive thru. How do you run a chicken business and not have chicken ready. And it was the Saturday and Sunday special 9.99 for dark meat.

So this place closes at 10. Went through drive thru at 9:25, was told no tenders available and no fried sides available since they had already turned off the fryers so they could be cleaned. Why are they open at all then? The only thing I could buy was Tea. Definitely contacting ownership to inform them poor management decisions are costing them money.

I ordered through Uber. I am missing an entire meal and gravy. This wouldn’t be a huge deal, however, I can’t even call the store because their phone doesn’t work. It won’t even ring. I am unable to get out and go pick it up either. Not to mention, one of my meals wasn’t even what I ordered.

Tired of giving the benefit of the doubt that it will be better next time, no it won’t. It just keeps getting worse. The drive through never gets our order right. Today, not even when told what they forgot, they still got it wrong. Our chicken tasted old & the rolls were hard & okra barely fried. Will go down the street to Lisa’s next time.

Went through the drive thru today and ordered a tea.. so, they handed me my tea and proceeded to shut the window and said can I get a straw ? She said they were out of straws… shortage of straws. Ok, I get it everything is short on supply. But the tea was horrible! I won’t even try to describe the flavor. It was so bad after one sip, I threw it away and told my friend that if I get sick with diarrhea and vomiting later today, I could definitely say it was the tea. I was joking… well kind of joking.. but I didn’t get sick. But it was truly horrible. I’ve never use this location , I use the Chicken Express on Basswood Blvd in Fort Worth at least 5 times a week with no issues ever. I’m addicted to your tea but I will never go to the Blue Mound location ever again …
