James did amazing managing and helping out his coworkers. Also Johnny did such an amazing job cooking. And the girl working front counter I don’t recall her name did amazing with the customers questions and running out orders.

The food was amazing. Absolutely amazing! Had to get enough food for 10 people so it was pricey but not as bad as some places. It was around $135. Which is not bad!! The staff was a little rude but the food made up for it.

I normally don’t get anything from here, other than sweet tea (because I don’t eat meat) but I was hungry so I ordered some fries, okra, and mashed potatoes with gravy. When he handed me the box, I asked if they put the gravy in there. He said it was already in with the potatoes. I said I didn’t realize it came like that; I assumed it would be separate. He offered to fix it for me and I thought that was sweet of him to do that. Got home and opened the box and saw that there was gravy all over the side of the gravy container. As I reached in to pick it up, the lid came off and gravy went everywhere! Ugh! Fine, whatever, I’ll just eat it like that! Turns out, all the food was inedible even smothered in gravy! The fries were way too salty, and the okra was hard and greasy. The mashed potatoes were OK, but I probably should have kept the order the way he gave it to me first, to be honest….I don’t know if this was a fluke or what, but I was very disappointed…. and I’m still hungry…. I’ll go back for the tea, but I’ll eat somewhere else….

I’m not sure if customer service is teaching to talk over the person at the drive through, if it’s a new fad, but if you’re going to order for me, even things I never said anything about… at least make sure you put the new “volunchosen” items in the bag? at least?

We live in Azle, but work in Springtown. We stop at this Chicken Express for dinner once in a while. The food is always fresh and hot, great customer service, and they keep everything nice and clean. Springtown Chicken Express is so much better than the others we’ve been too.

Yeah, charging people more just because they have a credit/debit card is absurd. The food isn’t even worth the “cash” price. A big waste of my money. Definitely avoiding this garbage from now on.

Yesterday, Could not hear the person taking the order, found out at pickup window she got the order wrong plus she sounded very rude. Price is outrageous. Will not be going there again.
