Customer service goes a long way and outweighs the quality of the meal itself. Stopped at this location today to grab dinner before heading back to Tyler on my weekly route for work. I ordered a 4 piece tender meal with a dinner roll and mashed potatoes. Didn’t check my food before I left, my fault. My tenders were over cooked and no roll in the box. Didn’t get the guy’s name but he was super helpful and nice. He handled my order the first time and without hesitation replaced my old order with an entire fresh order. New strips, new potatoes and a fresh roll. I wish I got his name so I could thank him properly on this review. His customer service was greatly appreciated and the reason why I’ll keep coming back. The food the second go around was perfect. Thank you again!!

Had a large family order…chicken, chicken strips and livers. Sides were fried okra and mac cheese. Both were good. All were cooked well. The young lady at the register help me work through my order to get the best prices available.

There was a young black gentleman that met us at the car while we were in the drive-thru. He was very sweet, and helpful. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t good. The tenders were room temperature and the rolls were WAY overcooked. They were tough and just gross. Even my daughter’s goat wouldn’t eat them, and the rolls are possibly her favorite food in the world! Between the price gouging and the bad food, we rarely go to this restaurant anymore. If we dare to try to give them another chance, they make sure we know why we shouldn’t have.

Upon leaving the parking area we noticed several large rats running down the sidewalk next to the building, needless to say the food hit the dumpster. Lady at counter was less than cheery that she was there and let you know it with her tone .

On 6-19-22. Ticket #355….I ordered a family size okra, family size potato and gravy, 3 chicken tenders..was asked to wait as she made sure they had okra.. they did and would take 6 minutes..that was fine. I got to the window and paid $15.96…after I pay I’m told they have no gravy…whatever….I leave..when I opened the mashed potatoes they were cold ..COLD! These are the chicken tenders, I paid $1.59×3=$4.77. They were also COLD! I have turned them in for health code violations. The past 3-4 times I’ve been there they were out of everything, seriously everything. I will not ever go back! Don’t waist your money!!

I only get the fish when I go. It’s good when cooked fresh. I’ll definitely wait till they drop them so that they will be good and hot. The last time I went they did re drop some cooked fish and thought I didn’t notice it. I did.. But I will continue to go. Oh, they do have the best chicken tenders.
