Unfortunately, todays lunch cook 6/9/23 (12-1pm)was not on his game. I usually come here three times a month and today was not a good day to come. My chicken thighs were over fried. They were not juicy at all and the skin was hard and d not crispy. I received a wing because they have a chicken leg shortage is what I was told. I usually get good tasting chicken but not today. I hope next time I come, it juicy. I ate one thigh because I was starving. The tea was amazing. The cashier lady was nice.

Used to go to this Chicken Express all the time. After today, we will not be going back. Chicken Express is our go to because my husband gets military discount and this location used to be extremely nice and really accommodating to their customers, which is why it was our favorite. Today, my husband sat in line for 30mins during a rainstorm after ordering and the five cars behind him got their food first. They were highly discriminatory and we only ordered two orders of livers and a single order of tenders. Three of the cars behind us had a ton of drinks and huge family orders. None of the workers used gloves while handling the food this time either and the only thing they bothered to discount this time was the gravy. I am extremely disappointed by this treatment today. We’ve been coming here for the past 4 years any time we wanted a chicken fix. Now we’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

It was a little hot inside , but chicken express is always great and affordable. Can never go wrong. I like their sweet tea , at times it’s a little bit too sweet.

I took my family to eat and we came to this place . Worst customers service and their food is burnt they over cook the chicken and waited 40 mins for my food to come out .I tried the Mac and cheese and it tasted like flower perfume I asked for a refund and everyone got an attitude . PLEASE DONT EAT HERE

Yall These People TOLD Me They Don’t Sell Gizzards After 9p.m and they close @10 I had to remind them that I had just called and ask them if was some there They said yes I pulled up at 9:02p.m on 7/09/23 lol!! Andddddddr They over cooked my Gizzards I couldn’t eat them, I will most definitely take my services somewhere else Thank you, but no Thank you now im looking for something else to eat!

Ok so they were good and took care of me a bit but the gravy that was supposed to come with it…..was not their. So I spend 50 dollars on food and don’t get what I’m supposed to get. It seems like this with all the chicken express locations. Weather I go and get it or order delivery. It’s never right. Best thin is I don’t look at my order because I will throw the entire thing at the manager literally and physically. You need to do better on your service!

Something has changed since the pandemic. Before, the chicken was not fried as hard, and the color of the chicken was golden. Now, the chicken in my belief is fried longer. Also, the biscuits are hard as a brick.
