This restaurant doors are always locked when trying to go inside. Lobby is constantly closed to customers. When riding at the drive thru, the speaker is broken so you have to drive around and order at the window. This causes long wait times and horrible service. We have tried eating here several times the last couple of months but it’s the same each time. Car line is wrapped all of the way around the building.

Good food that is always hot when we order… 3 stars because they charge you for using a card to pay and dont tell you unless you ask about it (at least in our experience). We usually have a fairly large order when we come in and paying an extra fee because we use a card feels like we are being ripped off. Not everyone carries cash nowdays.

Chicken is over cooked. It’s more like chicken jerky. The building is in need of a renovation. Everything’s falling apart in this place. But the chicken is the worst. I used to come here all the time. This is my last time I will come to this location ever again.

Restaurant was filthy, mgrs excuse was we are short handed yet he had 5 employees working including himself. He felt the tables being nasty were acceptable. I’m leaving this review for anyone reading it I’ll call their cooperate office tomorrow.
