Normally very good. I ordered fish and the hushpuppies looked like they were cooked to fast. As soon as I bit into one it was raw and mushy on the inside and dark almost burnt looking on the outside. I would have went back but I had already made it home and it was about to storm.

I always loved going here and getting there cabbage but I want be going back. I paid almost $14 yesterday for cabbage and it was nasty. I called them and told them they said they would let there boss know today and they would call me I’m still waiting on the call. I don’t think they will call me. They have changed the way they make there cabbage and it isn’t good at all. They put something that’s a dark green color it looks like there adding collars they say it’s cabbage but it doesn’t taste like cabbage. I almost forgot we didn’t eat it we put it back in the cup. We couldn’t because the dark green pieces didn’t taste done.

This place is very popular in the area for the chicken and livers. The food is very good but uou will be paying for the quality of the food and service and they havr great service, never Disappointed in the food or the service. 4 stars only because im very cheap and think it could be just alittle cheaper

I ordered thier liver and gizzard today and it didn’t taste fresh or hot I call and the manager and she, tried make its my fault, I have been eating thier livers for years and it was very good today not so..I really didn’t appreciate how she spoke to me about it..I know food and how fresh it been before today

excellent customer service excellent food my only issue. Was $30 for this sure I had some great food some of the best food I’ve ever ate but I don’t know if this is $30 you be the judge just for clarification. This was a popcorn chicken meal. a chicken gizzard meal. With two sweet teas. And two slices of pecan pie.

I just have to say that I sat in line 20 minutes on a Friday night only to get to the window and find out that they were completely out of white meat chicken but I could wait 25 minutes for more to cook. Went to Popeyes instead. I Was excited to try Chicken Country chicken since its what they do but was equally disappointed by them NOT having chicken ready on a Friday night.
