Not a review of their chicken. I got the salad and the greens were not fresh (they probably don’t sell too many salads). Probably best to limit the number of salads and do it better as I don’t imagine most people are there for greens!

Very friendly atmosphere. Everyone is in a good mood here. There’s nothing bad on the menu, and portions are generous. They have a full bar, and plenty of both draft and bottled beers. When we were there they had both front doors open which really made the air nice and fresh. Handicap parking is not directly in front, but off to the side. Still, it’s a nice smooth easy walk. The chairs are comfortable and sturdy. And the benches are comfortable. The tables also move, which makes it easy to get them at just the right distance.

Walked dinto the chicken charlies in Rancho Bernardo first off we walk in and stood for 7 to 19 minutes waiting to be greeted, then a tough lady walks in gives her apologies and seat us outside , then we sit being g left alone for another 20 plus minutes, no one e ever got us water we were ignored, we walk out , watching g servers hit chatting next to the door with nothing g else to do but talk at the door. Worst experience ever will not be returning. Unprofessional.

A craving for chicken landed us at Chicken Charlie’s Table. (We should have come with bigger stomachs!) The Naked Shrimp and Maui Chicken on pineapple (with their sides of pineapple and rice) was delicious! and finally my search for frog legs is over! (Odd thing to want, but it is definitely a tender meat that I have always enjoyed eating.) They were out of funnel cake for dessert, but the Fried Cookie Dough was thoroughly enjoyed with their side of chocolate drizzled whipped cream and vanilla ice cream. We had sweet, we had savory, and an awesome waitress to service us. Thank you, Terra, for making my family and I feel welcomed. It has been hard to find inviting places during COVID were interactions between restaurant and guest are limited. And kudos to the back of the house! Your food was scrumdiddlyumptious!

This restaurant reminds of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo back home in Houston, Texas!!! The food is good and the employees were very friendly and professional. And to give it an extra plus they even have a bar separate from the restaurant area.(plus). I shall return with my friends!!!! Fried Lobster Tail and Chicken Dinner with mash potatoes and gravy and a salad!!!

Delicious to say yes least. We have never been able to get the food at the fair. We found this location and had to go. So excited about the Maui chicken bowl in a pineapple. Amazing flavor and oh my, the char on the chicken is soooo good. We loved it. Also quite enjoyed the shrimp po boy sandwich. Can’t say anything was not great. Even thier Arnold palmer and Dr. Pepper hit the spot. Please go check out this spot. You’ll love it all, including the service. We will be back soon. ….. oh, we also got the deep fried cookie dough, have yet to try it as we were stuffed when we left. Looking forward to our night snack soon.
