RUDE employee there. Not the one that cooks the food because he is very polite but there’s one who should not be working with people. I have attached a picture of their motivational speeches to employees. (that they don’t even follow). Then Their food is expensive and not even that great for all the attitude they give you.

Food was good and fast. I come here every once in a while, and haven’t had any problems with the food. The service and atmosphere is different. From my experience, some of these guys seem to hate working here and almost make it feel as if they don’t want you there either. No manners or customer service really. Overall, I do enjoy the food, customer service could definitely improve.

I ordered the meal for 3 which is a whole chicken with 3 sides and 4 sides. It was so hard to pick because everything looked so delicious and fresh. I ordered the sweet potato casserole which is amazing and the mac and cheese is also really good. I highly recommend this place!! Great customer service also.

The staff members are super rude, very unwelcoming. They never heard about anything called costumer service. They are very impolite and they were annoyed if I ask a question or I change anything in the order. Never coming again to this restaurant they don’t even deserve for people to eat there. Restaurant is not clean at all and the staff members are not wearing gloves while serving the food. I don’t think they even wash their hands before giving the food. The two workers hate that they are even working. They are mad and angry the whole time. They were giving attitude to everybody ordering or coming inside. The chicken is burned and disgusting. The food quality is super bad. I don’t know how this restaurant chain is still open here in Pembroke Pines with such horrible service.
