This place is normally a 5 star, but every time Hunter works it. It’s a 2 star overall. Services be slow, no greetings, and food preparation is horrible. Hunter service is horrible. This is 5 plus time I have experienced this with him. My jelly wasn’t put in my bag and I had to turn around just to get it. He didn’t even make eye contact and I can tell he was avoiding me. He need to either be retrained or placed in the back. I seen another customer face as they were turning in the drive thru and had the look of disappointment. This is not the experience I am used to.

I’ve been through this drive thru 100s of times in 3 years. It’s gotten progressively worse on food quality and accuracy. I don’t even request dipping sauce anymore cus if I get sauce it won’t be the ones I requested. Today, my combo was missing the fries. Absolutely absurd that with so many people working at 1 store they can’t have someone checking to make sure orders are correct before pushing the bag out the window

I ordered through the app. I get my order and go home, trusting everything that’s in the bag completes my order. I go home and take everything out, I’m missing a 12 piece nugget. I call and the girl who answered made it sound like it should of been there. This isn’t the first time I’ve had something missing. Start checking before you leave the line, that you have your whole order.

My service was horrible from the manager Hunter & his disrespectful employee that works the drive thru! I clearly stated a problem to Hunter on how his employee treated me & my family just to drive off & see him and that same disrespectful employee laughing it off around the corner like everything is a game! I’ve never had an unpleasant experience but I definitely thought my experience today required a review. I’m a newly mom of 3 and going out to places at times can be quite challenging and frankly overwhelming. Our visit today was great! I felt seen by the staff… honestly it was more than just going out to take my boys to lunch and play. The fact that I was asked how I’m doing with my new role really meant a lot. The employees could’ve easily gone about their day but that just shows their hearts and the values of Chick Fil A. From the bottom of my heart thank you!

The quality of FRIES are terrible now. Ever since they did away with special request on well done crispy, it has been horrible. They say it’s fresh, I say it’s warm soggy fries that you have to force-feed 3 or 4 fries then trash them. Disappointing….
