Staff seemed very grumpy, like they did not want to be there. I got my food and asked for sauce, the guy made a face like it was a hassle for him to do that for me. Hash browns were soggy, chicken was very thin, definitely not up to chick fil a standards all the way around.

Food and speed was fine, but customer service is lacking. If you are expecting traditional Chickfila service of an employee with a smile, saying “my pleasure” and not feeling rushed, I didn’t find it here.

Have eaten at a LOT of different Chick-fil-As and one of the reasons is the consistency of great service. This location in Dulles is hands down the worse. Think of the worst McDonald’s you’ve been to and this is FAR worse. Extraordinary slow and this is the easiest Chick-fil-As to work as no drive through or pickup orders. Line moved incredibly slowly (30 mins with 6 people in front). Took 2 people over 10 mins to place order my order which as simple as it comes just 1 8ct nuggets, nothing else. Waited over 20 mins for food. No apparent manager or anyone working seemed to care unlike other locations. A warning to avoid at all costs unless you have an hour+ to spare and a lot of patience!

I ordered a regular cfa sandwich with a mac and cheese and a milkshake. They gave me a spicy sandwich, and when I didn’t get a mac and cheese in my bag they said they don’t do it. The cashier was just incompetent and I had to repeat my order 4 times.
