Amazing! Is the only word to describe this chic-fil-a. My fiance and I love coming here. The atmosphere that not only the team members but management gives is outstanding, but this review is about a young man by the name of Rene who not only goes out his way but does a stellar job taking orders fulfilling orders and over all customer service is flawless we need more gentleman with a heart of service like this man has. This is to the customers. Try being mature, these are only kids that work there. I have taught my kids to be respectful to adults. So when they encounter those lying about their mobile order, or a cursing adult, who has no self respect , it clearly shows them the kind of people they should not grow up to be. The kids should find a way to record these types of customers and put them up on social media.

I don’t usually go to Chick-fil-A but their customer service alone would bring anyone back. Whoever hired Mikayla to be the new manager in training or “apprentice” as she put it, should feel proud of themselves! She was kind, understanding and extremely helpful when something a little less than ideal occurred with my order. She fixed it in one fell swoop all with a contagious smile & positive demeanor to go alongside it. I actually enjoyed my wait with her! THANK YOU!

I went here the other day and discovered that they violate child labor laws. The labor department has fined them significant money. There are numerous National news stories. Google them. They, apparently, still actively recruit “volunteers” and pay them in food vouchers. Not very Christian imo. Follow your ethics and avoid this place at all costs. I genuinely enjoy CFA but will never be back to any location ever again because of the wildly unethical behavior of this location.

Went through drive through and purchased a market salad and chicken nuggets. There was no silverware, no almonds, no granola. Also no Polynesian sauce. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Chick-fil-A has disappointed me in the details
