Ah, another delicious lunch from Chick-Fil-A. After finding a table, I placed my order via the app, in a few minutes my meal was delivered, as ordered, to me. It was made just right. The dining room was clean, so I was able to choose a table and not based on which ones were dirty. The staff was professional and helpful. Overall, another pleasant dining experience here at Chick-Fil-A.

We went at around 8pm. The line was all the way to the highway. When we got up closer there were literally 5 employees with iPads just standing in a circle for 30+ mins just joking and talking. Meanwhile the line was ridiculous. Aren’t they out there to take orders and keep the line moving? It took us an hour to get our food. And now we saw why. Everyone in line was angry. When we finally got to the window the guy in front of us his order was completely wrong and they were literally yelling at him. A customer. And there was a employee just handing out outside the drive through window leaning on it and just chatting to the people inside. And it was completely rude right In front out our window. There is something seriously wrong with the management and infrastructure. I’ve never seen a Chick-fil-A like that. It was a horrible experience.

I’ve never seen employees at Chick-fil-A moving so slowly. I ordered to go and it too 15 minutes to get my food. They didn’t put napkins in the bag or ask me which sauce I wanted.

Had never tried ChikFilA at any location before this and it was pretty good. Better than a chicken sandwich at any other place with a drive thru. Service was great, everyone seemed so helpful. Except one shorter girl who stood behind the register playing on her phone or with her nails while we waited to be helped,assumed she wasn’t on the register duty until she helped the people behind us… A little annoying, but the entire rest of the visit was great!! Was nice to be served and waited on in a fast food joint.
