Ordered to go and my sons food was missing. He was so sad and when I called to express my concern and not wanting to make the 30min round trip back- the manager offered to deliver the missing food. What?!? Where does service like this live anymore. I couldn’t believe it. He delivered it with fresh fries and everything. AMAZING! Thank you Mike ❤️ totally saved the night!

Great staff and great quality you can expect from Chick-fil-A. Although I will say that I made an online order and the app told me to pick up at the drive thru because it was close to closing and the dining room was not an option to choose. Waited in line for 15ish minutes and was told I couldn’t pick up and that I had to go inside? Pretty sure it was an app mistake but definitely wasted some time waiting. Overall enjoyed the food and was happy to have a Chick-fil-A in Gresham!

This literally hurts my heart to do this. I did not rate lower because I hope this was an off day. I ordered a peach joy lemonade and a coke. I waited after I got my food for an additional 2 min before I said anything about my peach drink because I literally thought maybe it was still being made. I kid you not. I asked 6 different people for my drink; a couple in front of the supervisor, and these people scattered and never came back. It was only the last one who approached me who brought me my drink.Keep in mind, 4 of these people approached me to ask me if I was missing something. I thought maybe I was being punked because usually, if you have an issue, they will go out of their way to make it right. I’m sad because I was walking home and I wanted my sons food to kind of being hot, but then I stood around with my hot food in the store waiting for my drink instead of being on my way.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They got my order wrong 3 times. First time the just gave me the wrong order, second time I reviewed it with the lady so she didn’t get it wrong- I get the order and they literally forgot half of the order. Third time they forgot all the drinks.

I’ve been to this location 3 times and everytime I’ve been they’ve gotten my order wrong. They’ve given me cold fries & cold chicken on top of that. Sauce is always missing and drinks have been the wrong size. Literally sucks. I don’t know if it’s the kitchen messing up or the cashier but attention really needs to be put towards this l.
