Food was good had chicken ranch wrap. The service was friendly but cashier had to be first day. She forgot my drink. Then I went back ordered ice cream cone and it was delicious but was not made well and didn’t fill the cone. I appreciate the kindness/politeness of the staff.

Definitely one of the busier chick fil a especially at lunch time. Employees are kind and quick but there’s been a few times where they gave me my drink and it looked like it was tipped over.

Very well organized staff! For how much care goes into serving you, you would think it’s a top shelf restaurant instead of a fast food joint. They handle the dinner rush in a very professional manner and almost never let the to go line get backed up.

Absolute delight! We stopped in for a quick lunch break and it was delightful. There’s an outside pickup, drive thru as well as dining inside. Super clean restroom, dining area and counter. First time here for lunch. Fantastic staff was chatting with our family about the quality of the product. Small playground for the kids as well.

Every time I come here they mess up my order and or they forget meals. I like to cut people slack because I know its hard working in the fast food industry and especially Chick-fil-A. But how many times the accuracy is wrong or they just mess up my order entirely is not okay. I ask for a receipt in the bag and I do not receive one. Its frustrating when we don’t have a receipt especially if they don’t ask if we have the Chick-fil-A app and scan any points. I really do hope that the accuracy improves and the window and baggers double check bags because they have great customer service and their FOH is always very friendly and helpful. Great store with great customer service but seems to lack accuracy

Mad decent Chick-fil-A, as they all are, the employees are all kids so it’s chaos as in you might get your food at the window at drive thru or they’ll have you wait in a space because they are behind or they’ll bring your food to you while your still in line so you better hope things move along or your food is going to sit.

Chick Fil A is a great fast food place when you’re craving some chicken sandwiches. Since my work office moved to Simi Valley, we are now closer to a Chick Fil A so I took advantage of trying this location out. I opted in for the curbside pickup through the Click Fil A app, the only thing I would change about their online order is that they give you you estimated time on when to pick up for food. It’s because your order is not made until you get to the curbside pickup spot and check in so of course you’ll have to wait. I got the Club with American chesse, with large fries and a cherry coke. The curbside pickup area is where the drive thru exit so look for that area. It’s not the most efficient area for pickup cause you can get stuck there if ita busy. It took about 6-10 minutes for my food to come out and get deliver to my car. The club sandwich was good but you can only request for 1 sauce through the app. Same for the French fries, they give you a max of 2 quantity of sauces.
