The APP keeps double charging my card. That’s not the fault of this restaurant, but my complaint with them is they are slow, very slow. Many times I’ll be standing around with other customers and managers will be hanging out and basically just cutting up and acting as though their job is to stand over people, but not help out. It won’t happen until they see us get frustrated when after 15-20 minutes we are still waiting for our order then ask us what our name is. I’ll give them my name, and then they’ll ask the people in the back to prepare them.

I work at another Chickfila location and this was nowhere near cfa standards. My order was on screen for 12 minutes. For reference, it’s considered a long wait once it hits 4 minutes. Employees were just standing around talking. One employee had long acrylic nails which im pretty sure is against cfa code. Just don’t come here.

I dont go to chick fil a often but usually if I do it’s for the egg white grill breakfast sandwiches. I get them because they’re high in protein but low in calories. The times I have come to this location the staff is always attentive and kind. The bathrooms are also clean too.

Something has changed there recently, for the worse and I am finding that to be true at multiple fast food joints; no one is the exception! Keep an eye on things, but especially, keep your taste buds set to taste g ground up bugs, harvest plastic product, (from the ocean) with a splash of artificial smoke product and visually, verify the fake painted grill marks signifying into our brains, visually, I it’s edible; mmmmmm, mmmmmm!!

This location used to have friendly staff. Now the employees stare at you with frowns. They don’t greet you. They silently hand you your food while staring at you as if they hope you just leave. Very unwelcoming place. Edit: added picture of waffle fries. Mostly small pieces and not whole slices.

Normally, I’m a huge fan. But I’ve had some sort of food issue the last four times I’ve gone (wrong orders, drinks tasting like water, missing items, and fries looking/tasting weird). It’s not a big issue to go back and let them know (and they fix it), but it’s been a consistent experience lately.
