I went there in February 2023 and received this as my chicken. I got in touch with the manager and we talked briefly once while they were on vacation. I stated i still wanted to talk on the phone but when I called them back and left messages they did not return my phone calls.

Great place for simple but tasty fried and grilled chicken from nuggets to sandwiches and healthy salad choices. Facility is new and clean. Staff are friendly, courteous, and quick with service. Location is a bit difficult to get in and out of due to the congested parking lot as a result of nearby businesses. Although access is easy from a nearby freeway, it’s congested with traffic on all exits from the strip mall. The food and prices are worth the visit and patience. Will definitely be returning.

Drive though experience was way too slow. There was no line inside so I should have taken that option. Drove away and realized that they made a mistake on my order. Seems better organization and communication is needed in the drive thru.

I wish my experience was different that so many others that have left a negative review, but my order was wrong as well. Ordering for my family to find out my entire meal (a sandwich and fries) were missing. When I went in to get my food I was met with employees assuming I was only after “extra food” and then received my fries half full.

I’m very angry chick fillett. At a shift manager you have there at your site. As per a employee pregnant was taking and extra 5 minute break. Cause she wasn’t feeling good.
