Absolutely terrible service. This kid is sitting here joking and playing around while I have been waiting close to 20 minutes for my order. Lobby was empty. There was only three cars in drive threw. I placed my order via app. I have silver status. I eat at chick FIL a a lot. This is among my worst experience at a chik FIL a.

My daughter and I visit this particular store regularly at least 7 times per month and for the last 4 visits my kale Salad has had absolutely no dressing and again on today, I love Chick-fil-A but we are beginning to question this store we’ve come and they’ve forgotten whole sandwiches or nuggets it’s always something lately again we love Chick-fil-A but this particular stores in question

This location is awesome and the preferred location over the one located on Dysart Rd. This location does not miss a beat and has always been quick at getting what we need. Thank you for keeping the curbside as an option as this truly makes a difference compared to the other locations that are no longer offering it as an option.

Taking on SANDwhich a little too literal? I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with lettuce and as I opened it to place condiments on the bun I noticed my lettuce was dirty. Definitely lost my appetite. I couldn’t go back due to being on lunch break but went after work to bring it to the attention of a manager and she just gave me excuses saying they do wash the produce and arguing with me. I know Chick-fil-A prides itself on it’s customer service but this employee was not exemplifying their values. She was dismissive to my issue and did not offer a refund, remake or apology. I was hesitant about eating Chick-fil-A before, definitely will avoid it from now on.

At first I was super upset because there’s been 2 times where they forget an order/item. I went again and ordered 3 meals and only got 2. I understand they are busy but they still need to do their job correctly. I didn’t check it until I got home but I did contact them and Jenna was super awesome! I came in same day and she took care of me. Didn’t hesitate to fix the problem and I appreciate that a lot.

Had to clean my own table [wed around 130pm] but it wasn’t like super filthy some nimrod [customer] left a packet of ketchup and a straw wrapper no biggie..I get the Deluxe spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack delicious it was fries on point never a bad time here 35 for 2 of these meals with a large..I’ll be baaaack [terminator voice] 0

They have this restraunt down to a science. Pleasant happy employees and checking with their customers if they would like a free refill. I can see why not this fast food restraunt out does Mcd’s. Forget drivethru a eating experience in the restraunt is a must.

Super super busy so everything was taking a very long time. Food quality is what you would expect from Chick-fil-A but today the staff seemed a little confused. Only downfall is how long everything took today

Food is always great but service seems to be going downhill.. I’ve down curbside every time for a out 3 years now and lately the workers don’t greet you or even say hi, they just hand you your food and leave, I always say thank you and they just kinda smile or just simply say nothing and leave. I completely understand how busy they always are and how much they just deal with but be nice if you have nice customers. The parking is always packed and hard to maneuver around all the cones in the parking lot and we always have to wait a pretty extensive time for the food to come out, which is fine considering how busy they but just be ready to wait for a bit in the parking lot.
