I decided to dine in, my fries tasted and looked like they were left out overnight. I asked if I could have some fresh ones, they just recooked the ones I had and then they were so hard like chips. I bit into my nuggets and some had black stuff in it!! They need to check there chicken… and it’s only at this location. Disgusted.

Sadly my closes”t Chick-fil-A is in Sugarhouse and you better have a good 20 plus minutes to get through the drive through line….if you can figure out how to get in the drive through line!!

Jesus – this place is a nightmare to get in and out. It’s a hard location but they’re doing their best I suppose. It’s a long line but thankfully the Chickfila employees make it move relatively fast. It’s a winner in that! And the food is always hot because they’re turning so much product! It really is just the location…got the shaft on that one.

Getting there was not fun the roads are just too full of cars and it took forever. There was enough parking though. Once in the restaurant it was a great experience. They were pretty quick and they had Wi-Fi which was nice. The sandwich was fine, but not amazing.

Don’t get me wrong, the food at Chick fil a is 10/10. Love it. But you have to really want it at this location. The drive thru line is always very long and it snakes through a small parking lot making it tough to park and go in if you don’t want to brave the line. They did make attempts to make things better (and they are better) by turning the old entrance into an exit only. The problem is many cars still try and turn in the exit not realizing the change. I still find myself here very often since it’s the closest one to me but man that line is tough. Can’t hold it against Chick Fil A, they are doing their best but the location and parking lot set up are so hard.

this location changed their drive thru traffic a while ago for good reason. but tonight people were pulling into the wrong entrance blocking the middle of the road and the workers still took their orders and skipped over us and the other cars that were in the right area. i was surprised they didn’t make the cars in the wrong pull around and get into the right lane. we were tired of getting skipped over so we had to leave
