This is a busy location so there is a small wait but the food is always great. Friendly front-end staff. The manager is often checking his phone which seems unsanitary and makes me feel as though he is preoccupied. My last visit the manager stopped the cashier from taking orders so he could show the cashier how to make the frozen drinks.

I recently visited Chick-fil-A at UVU and ordered nuggets, fries, and Chick-fil-A lemonade. I mixed the nuggets, fries, and sauce together and found it to be a tasty combination, rating it 3.5/5. However, the brownies were too sweet for my liking and would only rate them 2/5. Overall, the food was good, but I hope that the restaurant can improve its hygiene standards a bit. It would be great to see more attention paid to this aspect of the dining experience. Despite this, I would still recommend giving Chick-fil-A a try if you’re in the area.

I’m always pleased with the speed of service. I’m still bummed that I can’t accrue my chick fil a points here. Sometimes I choose not to go to this location simply because I can’t use my points, even if it means going to a lesser food joint.
