Stopped here while visiting the area for a quick bite and was not disappointed. Used the drive-through and, despite the long line, was able to get through in a reasonable time. Food was given exactly as I ordered it and was hot when I revived it. It was good and on par with other chik-fil-a restaurants that I’ve been to. I would go back here next time I’m in the area

Worst location ever, I went through the drive through and waited 6-7 minutes in the drive to order. After that I had to wait more for my food in a parking spot. I waited an additional 15 minutes before calling from my car. They said they would bring it right out, I waited another 5-6 minutes before going in. I asked for the manager and said I didn’t get my food, he said the girl walked out with it. He called he back in and she was carrying the bag of food but no shake. I just asked for a refund. He even offered me the food with the refund. I said no I don’t want it. My time is valuable and waiting 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich is not worth it. I won’t be back to any location again. I’ll take that $50-100 I spend there each month somewhere else. Sometimes I order catering with Chick Fila too for work this usually costs me $500 or more. That will be the last time I order catering from them. Before writing this review I read the other google reviews, seems like a common problem at this store location.

I don’t think I have ever had a bad experience going to this place. The food always tastes good. I have not had a salad where I get a Willy piece or two in there like other places. Their salads come with good dressings and toppings. Their chicken nuggets are the right crisp with the right amount of chicken. Their grilled chicken is juicy and tasty. Their sandwiches taste good. Their chicken in their sandwiches sometimes are a little on the thicker side. Their plethora of sauces are fun to eat. We usually eat here for dinner, and we order ahead in the app for curbside pickup because they are very busy at lunch and dinner time. They have a good system for their drive thru; they get you through quicker than you think. Food and service is great.

Food was great. Extremely busy location every time we visit. Took much longer than expected. The employees were all very kind and apologetic for how long we had to wait after going through the drive thru and having to pull around to the front.

Well all it takes is one bad experience to make a customer go from a five star to a 1 star for service. I do not live close by and traffic around there is always horrible around dinner. I was on my way home and decided to get something to eat and realized after I got home that I did not get one of my items. I tried calling and it kept going to voicemail. Finally got a hold of somebody after the 5th attempt and I was not able to go by the same day because I do not live close by. She gave me an option to get a coupon in the mail as the only option because they were not willing to give me my salad the next day when I would be in the area for my job. So not only do I have to waste gas to go all the way back out there but I also have to bring in my receipt (which I do have and that’s no big deal) but it’s so inconvenient with the heat and the traffic and the fact that they forgot it . What am I going to Wendy’s or McDonald’s or something? come on! You guys are supposed to be on top of your game of handing the right food to people. They used to be really good and I’ve never had an issue before but the last couple times I’ve been there they’ve been off their usual service. I will say she wasn’t rude but she was just extremely non-accommodating

I used to always get a well done spicy deluxe sandwich. Come to find out they are no longer doing that. Which is fine, I just like to make sure that my sandwich is actually hot when it comes out so I asked for it to be freshly made. But when my sandwich came out it was barely warm. Please give us the option to do well done sandwiches!

My fiancé and I ordered threw the app and waited over an hour before I checked my email to see where our order was. When I looked it was delivered to wrong place, when I called and asked about my order they sent me to doordash to take care of the problem. Went onto doordash and got transferred with 3 different agents until they finally ended the chat with saying thay my issue will be resolved within 3 hours with no clue as to if we’ll get refunded or not. I don’t recommend ordering off their app what so ever. As this isn’t the first problem we’ve had with this location on the app.

Ordered online, checked on when I arrived. Waited in the parking lot for half an hour. I went in twice to make sure they had my orderr and was told they were working on it. After 30 minutes, I finally asked her to make sure it was being worked on, and asked her to repeat my order. Turns out it was sitting on the shelf, and they cut said it’s been sitting there because it was a minor order, and I was supposed to come in for it. I had been in twice, and they just told me they were working on it, so now I have cold food. I had ordered a 30 piece nugget, and they only gave me 1 sauce packet. Very unhappy customer.

One of our favorite fast restaurants is Chick-fil-A. We have not be disappointed with food there. We’ve gone there for lunch, breakfast and diner and every time has been a good experience. The food is good and price is good as well. Customer service is great and the place is really clean.
