My family loves to hang out at chick fil a for years. Sometimes I found my chicken strips turned into chicken nuggets when I opened the box at my home. Then I murmured ‘ok we are all humans. And those are still chickens.’ But this time I can’t be patient with their quality of food. I ordered 2 boxes of 2 ct chicken strips to go like the other time. Find which one is fresh ones each photo.

Always good chicken and the servers hustle and try hard to please. I ripped the worker outside delivering the meals because she was running and working hard to keep up. And she was very gracious. We go there often since the side loves the food.

The food was great and was delivered to our table SO fast. The play place was awesome and my kids had a great time playing on it. The service was fantastic! Steve was walking around making sure everyone was taken care of. He gave our little girl a toy and made faces at her to make her smile. He gave candy to the kids next to us and made them smile. He was the real MVP of our visit today. Absolutely a fantastic experience! I would very much recommend eating inside! ❤️

I with many others love Chick-fil-A BUT Saturday night Aug 26 @ 9pm I went to the drive through and waited so long I got out of my car ( not the driver) and went inside thinking inside would be quicker. Myself and one other very large family (all ordering separately) were the only ordering guests. There was ONE cashier (possibly in training) so my wait was expected BUT it became ridiculous and I literally observed 4 employees doing absolutely nothing and I mean nothing as they actually observed me and could see I was getting frustrated. As I continued to wait and wonder why no one would step in to take my order, one particular female employee began discussing me with her fellow employees and whispering but still did not step up!! She began discussing me with another employee and giggling and then she was told something quietly and came over and asked to take my SINGLE order. She then apologized and took my order explaining it took time to open her till. I’m guessing the 10 minutes behind the family in line and her and the others noticing me and whispering about me was what she needed to open her till. Geez!! I’m so disappointed and perplexed as to the wait and disregard. I finally recieved my tiny single order and went on my way and I did say thank you as well as her saying thank you, although nothing seemed genuine like we are used too.

Love this chick-fil-a location! The lines seem long in the drive through when you pull in, however the service is fast! The employees are always friendly and upbeat and I have never had a negative experience. Food is always delicious.

The staff were great but this was one of the busiest chick fil a s I have ever been to. They must have been short staffed every time I have visited. The staff were all amazing but it seemed like things hadnt adjusted back to the sit down homey feel pre-Covid. The seating area is still oriented for pick up orders and storage and isnt very inviting.

Always busy but always staffed to offer a great experience. The inside is always clean, the play area for kids is now open and is good because you can see in through the glass.
