Tried the cauliflower sandwich today and it was very good! Kind of expensive at $12 for the meal, $9.99 seems more reasonable! Side of Mac & cheese is pretty good for a fast food restaurant! 4.3 customer service!

While all Chick-fil-As are known for there service, this store tops them all! From the person who took our order, to the lady who checked our order and then provided a hand written thank you note till we got our food. The service and attention to detail was amazing!

I took an order to go after having lunch with my toddler and baby in her carrier. I quickly realized I should’ve done in-car order. I didn’t catch her name but the sweetest employee helped me to my car put my toddler in her car seat and waited until I was ready to leave. That special gesture of making sure we were safe reminds me that there is still love in this world. I couldn’t thank her enough!

Convenient location. But beware of their “Mobile Thru” option… it is faster to just go through the drive through & have them scan your app, than to order on your phone. Both times I’ve ordered ahead… I’ve waited more than 20 minutes for someone while the drive through line was long & still moving quickly.

Worst chick fil a experience ever. We had a big order because there was 7 of us. They shorted us some food. We asked if they could fix it and we got so much attitude for it. Since we went through drive through, they made us bring back all the items inside the store, despite some items already had been eaten. We gave them our receipt. They looked so disorganized. Multiple people came up to ask if we’ve been helped. Finally a manager comes (I think her name was Jalissa) and we tell her the issue and she immediately helps us. We got all our foods in the end. All the workers except one were kind. But overall, unprofessional. They made us feel like we did something wrong.

Scared and overwhelmed, by careless rebuttal by the manager. After bringing up the safety issue regarding their driver’s. It’s bad enough living next to a drive-thru. And witnessing careless drivers who are distracted by what’s in the bag and not on the road. But to witness their own catering drivers using the lobby loading unloading zone to drive at a undesirable speed. It puts me and the community in danger. The manager mentioned that their drivers have the right to drive do that spot. Instead of arguing with them I reminded him to keep the speeds down and hung up. The overall solution to this problem is using Quebec Street, or any Street that’s not a parking lot to avoid pedestrians. While choosing to drive over 5 mph

What can I say… chick fil a You’ve done it yet again. First I walk in, I order my food. To supply the set and setting, I’ve just gotten done with a long and hot days work. I order my sandwich, I get my fries and a peach shake to compliment the meal. I scarf it down, chicken sandwich, french fry and shake. Giving equal love to each aspect of the meal. But uh oh…. It seems as though my desire for a shake has overpowered my bowels. I should have known better, after all I tend to get gassy after any dairy consumption. This is when I look at my receipt to find the code to the restroom, a professionally executed strategy might I add. I type the code, just to enter a beautifully modeled bathroom fully loaded with one closed stall, a urinal and a sink. Virtually spotless, no grease or grime anywhere. I do my deed, I immediately feel relieved. While in the midst of said process, I find myself to be serenaded by the cool and calming sounds of Christian rock. I start to bob my head, nothing can ruin this moment. Top notch work by the crew, keep at it.
