Sadly, this is the worst maintained location I have ever been to. Service was slow, there was a huge stain on the floor and wall by front counter, floors looked overall dirty, and there were even ants on the table. Yes they were busy as all locations are, but where Chick-fil-a excels at “controlled chaos” by making their employee workflow look like a professionally orchestrated ballet, this specific location was just chaotic.

I’ve been to pretty much every Chick Fil-A location in South Texas and this one is by far the worst! The workers always giving terrible looks as if they don’t even want to be there, and the management ain’t any better either. They also skimp on sauces as if they were coming out of their own paychecks which is crazy because no other CFA has done this, must be a new policy from the cheap & stingy owner of that specific location. And just recently a relative of mine went as well and payed cash and both the worker and manager gave her huge attitude just for paying them with a few quarters that she’d been saving, money is money at the end of the day… why go out of your way and throw a fit just for not wanting to count a few cents? Honestly, just save yourself the trip and visit a different location in the future.

Salad with no dressing…. I understand it gets busy during lunch (I was there at 2:00 PM) but serving a salad with no dressing is like having a burger with no buns. I called back the restaurant after receiving my order the first time. I had no fork, no tortilla strips and no salad dressing. I explained what I was missing and they brought me a fork, ketchup and hot sauce…After getting to work and noticing that I still had no salad dressing I called the restaurant AGAIN and requested a refund. They want me to drive all the way back to the restaurant to return my uneaten salad. Very inconvenient and inconsistent. They could of offered me in store credit for my next visit but insisted that I go back. Training needs to be improved.

Fries, nuggets and lemonade very good. Original chicken sandwich had a very thin, small, tough patty – not up to Chick Fil A normal standard. Didn’t even cover the bun – if it’s that small throw it out and start over! Drive thru and attendants all did a nice job.

The management is very pushy towards their staff and their staff treat each other rude as well. Leadership is not very welcoming or professional. The waffles fries are a bit salty and I received more crumbs then actual waffle fries. Gum was stuck on the outer window of where I was seated. The cashier was rude to his coworkers as well. Employees are not allowed to use styrofoam store cups instead they are to share blue cups in that area stored in the back room. And lately most of the staff have been getting sick.
