Order was incorrect. They did not follow the order on the receipt they did not give enough salad dressing for two salads. The chicken nuggets were old and hard they were not fresh. It took him 15 minutes after I drove up to the window to even bring the food out to my vehicle.

Chick-fil-A is always an amazing place to eat and you can tell that by the simple fact that they are almost always packed to the brim. They would not be packed to the brim if they did not have excellent food, excellent service, clean bathrooms and good prices. Now some people might disagree with me and the good prices because people want things to be ridiculously cheap. But I think that for the price you pay it’s a good deal all things considered. Also love the fact that they are closed on Sunday. At least they try to make an effort and honoring God. Although the true sabbath is Saturday but I digress. I like Chick-fil-A and that’s that.

Easily the worst experience I’ve had at a Chick-Fil-A. Showed up in the drive through at 10:15 to get breakfast. By the time I was ordering my food they stopped serving breakfast. I didn’t get my food until 10:43. Maybe it’s a new manager or crew or something. Embarrassing.

Deserves 0 stars for customer service, which seems to be a common theme at this location lately, according to the reviews. Ordered multiple meals (half the orders were salads and half were hot meals) for delivery, which arrived late. (Not a big deal) Each hot meal order included sauces. Zero sauce was delivered in the bag. (Disappointing, but still not a big deal; just an honest mistake.) I called the store because the sauces are what makes the sandwiches and nuggets so good, right? I was told the sauces would be delivered in 40 minutes, and was made to feel that they were being inconvenienced. I asked that since it was going to be such a wait, could we please get replacements for the hot meals too, since they’d be cold in 40 minutes? They refused. Mistakes happen, but not making things right when they do? Sucks. Do better.
