Like with all other fast food chains I take the time to review this is strictly about service and adherence to consistency expected from popular chains. This location is consistently extremely busy, but the service is always top notch. The staff is always helpful and cheerful. We have never had a negative experience related to the food. We have never been shorted or received a “wrong” order. The dining room is always clean and in order. When we are in the mood for Chik-fil-A, this is our go to location.

The food is always good. However I have noticed that the chicken on the sandwich seems to be getting smaller? The biggest issue I have is with the drive thru. They often have a tendency to fail in this area. The orders are missing food, for example, fries missing, sandwich ingredients wrong, etc. Not usually a big deal since I always check my orders and if I need to go back in and get it fixed. This will not stop me from eating here

Manager was rude enough to tell my wife that was in line that they were closed. Then 10 min later he’s selling to people. Very rude and unprofessional. Not chick fil a customer service, have him watch the videos again maybe the title made him forget. We were a group and the only ones who didn’t eat. This after a 13 hour drive.

Our chicken nuggets were small, overcooked, dry and tastless and they didn’t ask if we wanted sauce and didn’t give us any sauce. 🙁 I only go for the good nuggets and honey mustard. The med. fry doesn’t come with a lot of fries. Very unsatisfied compared to the one Don Spice runs on New Braunfels and Fair. 🙁 none of us 4 wanted to finish the huge expensive 30pack we bought. The kids were disappointed. Not even any sauce to choke these little dry things down with:( the kids threw theirs off their plate back into the box!

I just went to get 2 gift cards. I wasn’t in line more than 10 minutes. They were fast and I liked that…great employee and they were really working hard…it’s great that these young people really wanted to work….they were awesome.
