Very nice atmosphere even in this hot September weather. Food was ready in a timely matter. No indoor dining area but the outdoor was just fine. Managers/staff came outside to make sure we were doing good and asking if we wanted any refills, more than once.

It’s the 3rd time i’ve had missing items in my order. Last 2 times they missed giving me fries in my order this time they forgot to add a sandwich in my order & gave me 2 medium fries instead of one large fries with order. Terrible service with the order packing people not giving everything which is ordered.

In general, I’ve always been satisfied with Chick-fil-A. I was let down this morning. My order wasn’t difficult yet it had lots of things missing. No jelly, no ranch, NO NAPKINS. I don’t mean to be “Guy” but and when I asked for ranch Emily she didn’t look like she wanted to be at work and didn’t say “Have a nice day” or “My pleasure”.

This location is off a major fwy so it stays busy like 24/7. Well actually some mornings aren’t too busy. I’ve tried most of their stuff but I wanted to try a salad the other day and it was so delicious. I was impressed. I got the market salad with chicken. I participated in their June promotion. Basically the premise is that if you purchase something via the mobile app on a Monday (anytime) or Wednesday (no later than 10:30am), then later in the week they will give you a free treat (reward) on your mobile app. I complained at least 3 times that I didn’t receive a reward for one of the days. Each time I was told someone would either correct the issue or contact me regarding the issue. However, no one ever did. Terrible customer service experience.

The person who took my order was super nice, but that’s where the good service stopped. I went to the window where I was given my drinks and then directed to park at the fire lane to wait for my food. Problem with that is you have to leave the chick fil a parking lot into the service road which almost caused an accident to then park along the fire lane that caused our cars to be in the way of people entering the parking lot for Walmart. This location needs to find a better way to service their customers without putting them in unsafe situations.
