I don’t do much negative reviews if at all, but this location needs a refresher on how to customer service. I’ve been to plenty of different chickfila locations and all are pretty much uniform in their service and professionalism. This location however is different. Before this review I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after the 3rd time I can’t help but type out this review. 3 separate days and 3 separate orders they have failed to get my order right and all while giving me a blah type attitude over the counter or over the mic. The signature “my pleasure” statement was mute and never heard not once at this location. I’ve also noticed upon witnessing the girl taking orders behind the mic definitely didn’t sound “blah” chatting and laughing it up with her coworkers. Who’s in charge of this location? Save your money and go to the 2920/kuykendahl location where they never would give this type of service. The only thing going for this store is “location” which is right down from my subdivision. To the store owner and or GM, get your staff back on point and re-trained on how a business should be run.

4 starts for a few reasons….. Yes the food and service is great, but prices have gone way up and the portions have gotten smaller. I understand that the price of products may have gone up but why make the food items small? I ordered a breakfast bowl and was so disappointed at the portion. I should of just gotten the burrito itself. I don’t have a picture of the salads but they used to be huge for $7 and some change and now they’re almost $10 and do much smaller. I don’t think Chick FIL A is losing money they’re always busy and people will wait. I’ve waited in a 15 minute line ……. Do please go back to the way things were years ago…… Lastly the app….. It’s like the higher level you get the more you have to spend to get points and actually redeem for something other than fries…..I remember I used to be able to change 500 points for a sandwich and now I need 600 points for s regular Chicken Sandwich. Not only that but you need 600 points of you want a side salad, side of Mac & cheese, cup of soup or a lemonade. So now a side dish is the same a chicken sandwich. Fix this Chick FIL A….. Thank you.

This is the only Chick-fil-A that has poor service and extremely inefficient drive thru operations. My last five visits to this establishment within the last year was disappointing and unforgiving. This facility is truly the outlier of all chick-fil-a franchises of poor service.

Never usually have a problem at this location the staff and service is great as usual but the last 2 times I’ve ordered vanilla iced coffee(in the span of about 2 weeks) it has been horrible. I CRAVE chick fil a’s vanilla iced coffees! Last time it tasted off like there was hardly any vanilla and a gross slight fishy taste kind of like how matcha can be? Today though? An hour ago? It litterally tasted like how I imagine eating a dead rotting animal would taste litterally took a big unsuspecting gulp then ran to the bathroom upchucking the entire breakfast I just ate. I don’t know if they aren’t cleaning the vanilla dispenser or something curled up and died in it but this was by far the worst food experience I ever had!

This Chick-Fil-A somehow always serves cold food and consistently serves half empty fries portions. Not to mention the drive thru getting your order wrong half the time. Whoever is managing this chick-fil-a should be ashamed of themselves. You’re honestly better off driving to a further location for actual quality food.

I had went through the drive thru. I ordered a #1 sandwich alone, with a large coke. And I ordered a #4 large meal with a large coke. For a total of 2 large cokes. I get to the window. The guy was extremely rude and acted as if I was a bother to him. Then he only gave me one coke, and said I had to pay for the other one. When I had explicitly told him at the speaker that my order consisted of two cokes. I do hope the store manager reads these reviews. I do not think they value customer service, if they did hold customer service in the high regard as they advertise, they would not have hired their works with such abhorrent work ethic and grimy attitudes. I place blame on management, you are damaging your store. I will tell others about my experience, I do hope this store changes. You all should be ashamed.

This location is honestly the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever seen. First one I’ve been to that doesn’t say my pleasure, and the workers have an attitude. Often times the food is cold as well, and now they don’t offer a well done option if you like your chicken more crispy. Very sad to say this is the one by my neighborhood.
