When ordering a hot coffee they gave me heck. I stated I would wait for the coffee to brew. They said it would take 6 mins and to pull into curbside parking. I waited for 15 mins and no one showed. I had to go in and they had never made it and said all they could do was refund on the coffee. I always have trouble with this chick fil la. Go to a different location.

I was at this Chick-fil-A and there was a lady having to clean the bathroom while taking orders on her headset and pad because they were so swamped, and the lady in the restroom stall next to mine comes out and begins to complain to me rather loudly, so after we wash our hands, she goes to management and begins to complain to her, pulling the “she’s had friends that own Chick-fil-As and how this is absolutely disgusting” card. I follow up behind her and tell the manager that I understood why she had to do what she did and apologized on the Karen’s behalf. In the end, unprompted, they gave me a card for a free sandwich. It never hurts to help. I am from Georgia, and have actually been to the original Chick-fil-A a few times in Hapeville. I have never met a rude employee or manager. Keep it up Chick-fil-A!

Honestly, this place was awful. Needed assistance and the staff would just stare at me then walk away. Tried to go to the bathroom and the drive thru worker was in there scrubbing toilets while typing orders on the iPad and talking with customers through the drive thru. I’m sure there’s a DHEC violation somewhere in that. There didn’t seem to be anyone in charge as all of the staff just wandered around doing anything but their jobs.

Terrible location. Ran with kids, the girl in the drive thru with a tablet ring my order wrong and when she correct it she charged my card and didn’t refund it and I had to use my credit card and they stole $40 from me on 2 separate transactions and when I went back from my lunch break they gave me fries dry as hell. And my whole order was made wrong, missing one of the fries and my chicken nuggets were soggy, too many kids and they don’t listen. Check your bags before you leave and try to come during the morning before school is released

I have been a going to this chick fil a for a while and have never had any complaints, until today. I ordered 4 spicy deluxe’s and the portions of the chicken were extremely small and the sandwich was poorly made. They tried making up for the poor potions of chicken with a boatload of lettuce, the sandwich was pure bread and lettuce.

We have ordered on the Chick Fil A app with door dash delivering. It never fails that we miss something in our order. Friday it was a kids meal without the chicken nuggets. I contacted the store the last time we had an issue and they tried to push it off on DoorDash even though I ordered through the Chick Fil A app. It’s incredibly frustrating because our office is about 15 minutes away and can’t just run into town and get the issue fixed.
