Stopped in today June 19, 2023, alone with 2 other ladies, after walking with the legendary Ms Opal Lee, service was good, when we sat down we noticed a hair on the side of my cup where the lid was, took it back to get another, later a manager by the name of Johnathan came in with a lady and small child (probably his wife & child) the child had no shoes on, they were at the end of counter where you pick up food, he was holding the baby, he put the baby on the counter and the baby walked across the counter back to his wife with no shoes on, I mean that’s not sanitary, he didn’t even clean the counter or wipe it down afterwards. That’s unacceptable when someone is sitting inside eating their food. Also if he is a manager he should know better! That’s nasty, nasty nasty! There was also a bug crawling on top of the table.

This isn’t directed at this particular store but the company as a whole has gotten very greedy and extreme with their price increases. Within the last few weeks, they are jacking up prices a good 8-10% for each meal. Its ridiculous and will be pricing out a lot of folks here soon with these tactics.

I’m really surprised it’s open in a hospital. It’s also run like a hospital cafeteria which means terrible service. There’s not a single individual that told me it was their pleasure to serve me. They’re stingy as all get out with the sauces, unlike regular Chick-fil-A restaurants. They don’t fill the fry containers all the way which is a major pet peeve of mine.
