Ordered a 30 count nuggets, no sauce was offered proactively and the chicken tasted like the oil needed to be changed 2 days ago. Fries were old and soggy. Not going to revisit this location again. Thanks team!! Yet another 20 bucks down the drain and I’m still starving.

The food was fast and tasted great as expected. The employees were very friendly and struck up conversation while waiting for my dessert to be made. I would gladly go again for the overall service. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the noise. A little too much going on in the background to eat in peace at my table but it’s to be expected at a in mall location.

Every time I go here or I have door dash deliver the order is either wrong or I do not get everything that I order , what is wrong with u people ? This isnt my choice when ordering door dash, they automatically choose this specific chickfila. This isnt the first time or in wouldnt take the time out to right this review!! This is the slowest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The line may have 4 or 5 cars and the wait is always 15 minutes When they come out with your order, they walk in slow motion to ever get to your car. The Chick-fil-A across the loop is 100 times faster and more efficient. On one occasion they gave our drinks to the car in front of ours and when they realized it, they went and took their drinks and brought them and gave to us!! The drinks were in that car for about 5 minutes. I doubt that would be acceptable to the health dept

Never before had a bad experience here but this was awful. 10 mins for an online order, no sauce after asking repeatedly, no drinks almost no refund for my missed drinks, and Sarah the manager was rude and spiteful after I asked for a refund for my missing drinks. Definitely need more training

I have never found a Chick-fil-A that I didn’t like. It is always so fresh. This location specifically is awesome. Very fresh with a staff that is above and beyond perfect. They don’t interrupt you as you are ordering food. They listen to what you are ordering and then they ask questions. At the end of it the quotes they say that doesn’t ever sound rehearsed like “it’s my pleasure” “have a good day” with all the please and thank yous and the yes ma’am/sir no ma’am/sir. It is just a breath of fresh air that there is still people like this in our very ugly world! Keep up the great work all Chick-fil-A’s!!!

There wasn’t a line until after we ordered our food. It was so good but I ordered a frosted coffee and the lady brought me an ice coffee and I had to tell her that it was the wrong one. Seems like it took 5 minutes for them to bring out the right one. I’m thinking that most of their crew is new. It’s ok though.

We love our Chick-fil-a! Fantastic, family friendly atmosphere with awesome Christian music the whole family can enjoy. Good and kindhearted staff. Extremely clean bathrooms, and indoor playground is well kept. The delicious, yummy chicken keeps us coming back too often sometimes lol.

Don’t get your food doordash from here. It’s terrible and a waste of money. The food is just cold,hard, and nasty . Make sure you go to the chick fil a app directly and find a location . Choose south loop crossing delivery by doordash and make sure below it says 1.8 miles not the 1.7 miles one that’s the one in the mall. I usually have Chick-fil-A doordash and it’s the one on the loop . Idk how I made this mistake. I noticed the difference in taste of food right away and the labeling and packaging . None of us finished our food not even my kids because it was horrible cold and just nasty!
