I was in the drive thru line for 15 minutes while, cars behind us, went around us and cars next to us left. I had to get out of my own car, to go get my food. Then when I walked in, to talk to the Restaurant Head boss. First words out of his mouth, without knowing my situation we are busy. That was his excuse and a pathetic response.

They missed up on my order and I called them. They said they would replace it. I got the team member name. The next day the owner called me to make sure I got my order repaired. I never had a owner call me before so I was impressed and I told him I would always be a customer at his store.

I am not a fan of this particular Chick-fil-A. Management is absolutely horrendous. I have heard and seen the manager, Tony, berate his employees. He is completely condescending and careless. The resulting atmosphere in the employees attitude and behavior manifests his demeanor. They are not happy. I absolutely love Chick-fil-A as a whole but this particular location has completely forgotten about the Corporate’s Core Values and Culture. I try to make this location a last resort when visiting Town East Mall.
