Had an exceptional visit today. Ida stopped by our table several times to check on us. I haven’t had service this good in some sit-down restaurants. Other fast food places have a lot to learn to catch up with Chick fil A’s level of perfection. They had a huge bouquet of flowers in the sitting area and in the restroom. Such attention to detail.

4 stars for food only because our nuggets had to be redone (per the cashier), and the new ones tasted like burnt oil. Guessing the first batch was overcooked and they didn’t change the oil out. The nuggets were still decent, just not as good as normal. They were very busy with holiday travelers though, so that may have been why.

Chick Fil A in Ennis is the easiest Chick Fil A I’ve ever worked with! We order from them twice a month for Celebrate Recovery at The Avenue Church. They always do an excellent job. We order catering and do the pick up option. It’s always waiting for us! The food is always packaged just right and food stays hot all the way to when we are ready to serve it! Always fresh! The location is also very convenient for us, lots of parking and traffic flows nicely! I love interacting with the whole staff! They give it that small town feel – very friendly and serving to others! Always on task! I enjoy the weeks we do Chick Fil A night – I never have to worry about it! We were driving from our road trip and stopped here, first staff was nice and attentive, 2nd food never disappoints at any chik fil a in my opinion, & 3rd… women’s restroom had a stand with baby diapers, wipes, and plastic trash bags!! I thought that was cool because as a parent myself, with kids you never know when an emergency will come up!
