My first visit to this location. The food was ok. Is it me, or has the chicken sandwich gotten smaller? when you, as for extra pickle, are barely noticeable. I’m dropping over $30 on a quick bite to eat for my wife and I. I’m not impressed. I’ve had better at other locations. However, the service and staff was top notch.

Amazing!!!! The line was unbelievable today. The team taking orders and passing out food were in freezing cold but FRIENDLY and FAST! We spent little time in line compared to expectations and other “drive-thrus.” Thank you, Chick-fil-A for allowing me to get my family food and still make it back to work ON TIME. Just amazing… Bravo.

I absolutely love chick-fil-a and I would never leave a bad review about the restaurant or the food. But I would like to say that I went into this prosper location to pick up an order today and when I ran back in to get some more sauce, I stood there waiting patiently because I saw they were busy, for about a minute. After a minute or so, a woman walks in and stands directly next to me, waiting for sauce as well, and the young lady named Taylor with red hair and she also had on a red shirt, asked the lady what she needed, gave her the sauces and then turned her back to me as I stood there until a nice gentleman asked if I had been helped and helped me. I’m not sure what Taylor’s problem is but she needs to learn to treat everyone the same. A person that is rude & chooses to not help others for no reason is not someone that should be working for such a great company. Thankfully I am not one to cause a scene or be rude to people, but I hope Taylor is talked to or dealt with because I was very upset when I left.
