The slowest Chick fil a of ALL TIME. The staff however is friendly and you can see they are trying to work hard. But it’s the most inefficient one ever. They handed me my lemonade drink with this on the lid. And look at the apple juice…So disgusting. They are loosing their touch. They never even said “my pleasure” which I thought was their thing.

I’ve come here countless times and i’ve ordered 10 count chicken minis missing multiple each time. Now tonight i ordered a 12 count nugget with only 7 nuggets in the box. I’m really disappointed as i used to work at the chick fila in shawnee. I think from now on i will be going to another chick fila as this is many orders messed up in missing items.

Food and service was great! It’s our favorite fast food restaurant. Not just because the food is always good but also because the people who work there are always friendly and helpful! In this day and age that is a rarety!! Other fast food restaurants need to take a page out of Chick-fil-A’s handbook on how to treat customers!

It took about 45 minutes to get through the drive thru with 3 extremely hungry kids including a grouchy toddler. After about 5 minutes of barely even moving, we thought maybe doing an order online would speed things up. Once we finally reached the employee standing outside, we informed her that we had an online order which she confirmed they received. After 30 minutes of waiting in the line, we finally reached the front and received our food. I thanked the gentleman and received a kind “my pleasure.” After waiting all that time, we checked our food to confirm we received everything that was ordered. Unfortunately, we did not receive the kids apple juice. I decided to brave the dangers of navigating through both lanes of the drive thru without the safety of a yellow vest that the employees get to wear. Thankfully the game of “Frogger” that I embarked on was made easy by the fact that it was taking forever and the cars were either moving slow or stuck in the drive thru with no exit. Upon surviving and reaching the other side, they were notified that our order was not complete; the response was merely, “I’ll look into it.” A few minutes later the lady who I spoke to delivered food to another vehicle behind me, came to our vehicle to ask what was missing and ended up completing the order. I thanked her and she kindly responded “no problem.” The drive home with a hungry and crying toddler was not pleasant.

Placed an order for pickup and surprisingly it was ready before I got there. They need to come up with a better system on placement of pick up orders and our bags were open when there usually closed, I’ll start with that. I must say for the first time our food was cold (how is that possible because their always busy), I had to ask for our drinks and a sandwich was made wrong. I must say before I even realized any of those things there was a young lady in the lobby checking the trash and said to me if my fries are cold she will be more than happy to have it remade. That’s when I noticed our order was incorrect. They corrected everything promptly (as quick as you’re going to get it at Chick-fil-A). Their customer service skills are excellent, that’s why I never mind waiting. The grilled chicken deluxe wasn’t as good as always, it was dry and the garnishment was wilted.

I went on a Friday right after breakfast ended. I ordered to go. They were super busy inside and out. I had three people ask me if I had been waited on, then another came out and said they were just waiting on my sandwich. Fabulous customer service!! Only waited about ten minutes if that.

There isn’t much else to say about Chick-fil-A that hasn’t already been said. The staff is above friendly no matter what location you’re at and the food is excellent. I usually come for breakfast and love everything they offer. Even if the line is crazy long they get through it quick so it isn’t bad at all either

Go somewhere where they offer excellent service, it’s incredible, this is where Chick-fil-A stands out. Finding someone who surpasses excellence is priceless. I’ve always attended this Chick-fil-A and this is the one time the service was sub-par. I waited 20 min for a simple plain chicken sandwich. No drink or side; just a plain sandwich. I placed my order through the app, drove there, waited and waited. One young lady asked me my name, which I gave her, and she said they were working on it. I saw multiple people in drive thru get their order. I guess I should have done that instead of use the app on Saturday, July 8. The most upsetting part is there were so many employees there and only one young lady, whom happens to be black, helped me and I’m black. No one else asked me if I needed assistance. What a shame on those other 10 or so employees working the front.
