I stopped here because I was already at the mall, and it was convenient. I’ve never gotten a salad from Chick-fil-A that they just put the entire breast on top. When I went back to ask for a knife, the girl was annoyed. I still love Chick-fil-A, but I probably won’t go to this one again.

Went last weekend and received terrible service. Got there and they said they gave my order to someone in drive through and didn’t make another order right away instead made me wait another 20 minutes. Employee actually said she didn’t do it but would find out what happened. That never happened so I called corporate and someone was supposed to get back with me from the store and still hasn’t. I know there busy but customer service is still needed and they did nothing to right the wrong. Wondering if I need to call again.

I eat at Chick-fil-A quite often and sometimes at least once a week. But this location in Sooner Mall is absolutely awful compared to every other location. The person who was working the register was very unpleasant and seemed miserable to be at work. She did not communicate very well. The station where you get lids and condiments was disgusting and there was sauce all over the floor. All the trash was overflowing to where you couldn’t even use them. Most of the tables were dirty. There was an awful smell in the back near the bathroom where the back tables were. I have certain Chick-fil-A’s that I go to and will continue to go to but I will never go back to this location.
