This is the quality i expect and love from Chicfila. This Chicfila is very clean, great staff, food and ordering is great and just cant get better. Above most chicfilas i have been to and i would drive 30 mins to eat at this specific one. The flowers are a nice touch and it was so clean except the bathrooms needed a bit of work 🙂

I had stopped by for my hour lunch break and was immediately welcomed in like I was at my own home. Front register gentleman was extremely kind. There was a trainee named Kaitlin i believe I bumped into as I walked in who was extremely hospitable and sweet. The people at this chic fil a treat you like a good friend. My grilled club was delicious and the building was extremely tidy. This place really champions it’s values as a company and I will definitely be back 🙂

Horrible experience at CFA in Maumelle. Bought some food through the app. Got home after they first tried to only give me my drink to find out that the nuggets weren’t in there. No way to refund in the app (?!?!) so called up there and they refuse to refund without me going back up there with my receipt and food. What an absolute scam. They took my money through the app – as a customer I don’t give a flying flip about your backend processes. FIX IT FOR ME without being a-holes.

Do not expect the normal Chick-fil-A experience with this one. As someone really familiar with the core values and beliefs of Chick-fil-A, they didn’t follow any of them. The workers seemed like they were trying to do the least amount of work possible and just wanted to get orders done as soon as possible so they can go back to talking to their coworkers. As a result of they got our order wrong. The man who took our order didn’t repeat back our order or fill our beverages correctly. Our food came out quick but it was not at all accurate. We ordered a Mac and cheese instead of fries but instead they handed us an original sandwich with American cheese. They also got a side salad wrong as well. When we got the incorrect sandwich, we went and told them that there was a mistake. Instead of correcting their mistake, they tried charging us for the Mac and cheese that they didn’t give us and were trying to make us pay for a mac n cheese they messed up. Very disappointing experience especially from such a respectable chain, but this one just didn’t get the memo on what the Chick-fil-A experience is all about. Won’t go again and don’t recommend.

Sad to say tonight will probably be the last time I ever eat chick-fil-a I love their food and their chicken really is so amazing but EVERYTIME I get food from here (which is always a #2 original no pickles and no tomato) it’s ALWAYS wrong. They always give me a spicy sandwich instead of original. Every location we’ve ever gone too always makes the same mistake. It has been at least 2 years since I’ve received a correct order. After waiting 10 minutes for my food to be corrected it wasn’t even hot! Even when we specify and ask to make sure it’s not spicy they still always get it wrong. So now I get to eat a cold sandwich and cold fries good thing I didn’t get a hot drink or that would probably be cold too. It really is upsetting but after two years of being let down and by the Lord’s chicken at that I WILL NOT ever be eating chick-fil-a again.
