The customer service at the Alexandria Mall Chik-Fil-A is amazing compared to the continuously declining service you get at the Jackson/McArthur location. I ordered a chicken strip combo and my fiancé ordered the original chicken sandwich combo. There was an hour before they were scheduled to close, but the food appeared to have been freshly cooked as we had to allow our food to cool before eating. Initially we were going to just order curbside but decided to go in. While we were eating in the food court, the young man who I assume is the manager came to our table, greeted my fiancé by name because he remembered it from taking his order. He inquired about our satisfaction with our meals. Asked if we needed refills, more sauces or any other condiments and encouraged us to stop back by the counter for refills before leaving. After speaking with us he went to two other tables and did the same. Would definitely recommend!

Not the most inviting of Locations but when you go here you will never find a line. The workers are still very concerned with covid so they prefer you wear a mask when you order. They will still serve you without a mask but they will let you know they don’t appreciate it. Not just the food court, but within the mall itself and the parking lot, there is an overwhelming sense that you could be stabbed or a gun fight could break out literally at any moment. The food though, is very very good. Perfectly cooked.

So this chick fila is the worst ever. My worker who was ordering me food was constantly not giving us any respect. She was turning around and talking to other people. She then got the order wrong causing my order to be split into two separate bags. They were not listening and were honestly bad at paying attention. This place need to hire better and faster workers with high respect and better attention spans.
