I can’t get over the fact that I waited for 10 minutes for a pick up order that was on the shelf the entire time. As each minute passed, I thought “surely somebody will ask what order I’m here for” but the clock kept ticking and the workers elected to either gossip or stand around. Two of them even made eye contact with me and continued to ignore me.

I very rarely visit this Chick Fil A and now I remember why. Changing from counter service to table service is a bad idea. It took 15 minutes for them to deliver my food to my table. I guess the teenagers that work there are having so much fun socializing with each other and their friends hanging around the counter that they forgot about me. It seems like there isn’t a manager on duty. Very poor customer service!

The amount of times i’ve been to this place and they have messed up my order is crazy. This place is basically ran by teenagers who know nothing. I spent 20 minutes waiting, and they cant even give me a straw or chickfila sauce, which are the main things not to forget. The woman next to me even took about 15 minutes for an ice cream cone. Every-time im here, i always see a bunch of teenagers who look lost and don’t know what they’re doing. Either get adult workers who can actually focus, or train them better!

Trash can overflowed the whole time we were here. We had to leave our food tray on the table because the trash receptacle couldn’t fit anymore. One lady working was completing rude. She walked over to my friend and I while we were eating and told her “your shirt is inappropriate”. The shirt is from a rock band song. We told the lady we would finish eating and would leave if the shirt offended her. She then yelled “or I could just ask you to leave now” and she walked away. Not sure what’s more disgusting, the trash being overflowing or the attitude of the worker.
