Went in to order a large peach Sunjoy and med fry, no salt. The peach sun joy is considered a dessert item and only comes in a 16oz. I got a large regular sun joy instead. Fresh lemon and sweet tea. Ordered a medium fry, no salt. They were good but not as hot as I expected. Went back through the drive through. Ordered a large chicken soup and chicken sandwich with med sunjoy. Ordering process was pretty fast but I waited in line longer than expected. Overall, good experience.

The store recently switched operators and the new operator is horrible. I have been coming here every single Friday for the last 18 months placing orders of $50-$100 each week and I will never be back to this location…..last week I ordered 12 sausage, egg, and cheese muffins and was given a bag that had plain biscuits, some biscuits with just sausage on them, plain muffins, etc and this week the same exact thing happened….fast food is about the easiest thing in the world to do right, the location used to run like a Swiss watch and in short order this new operator has destroyed the location.

Literally every employee works at a snail’s pace. 5 employees were standing around doing absolutely nothing with only one register open. Still took 5 minutes to take my order with me being the only customer in line. Maybe if they focused more on their in store customers instead of every mobile order, customer’s wouldn’t have to wait an eternity to receive their order.

I received a delivery request from DoorDash, and I was never able to pick it up, because they said that I would have to call DoorDash, and tell them to do redo it, which makes no sense, I asked her what do you mean? She never answered me, and then two people ignored me. Or all the service, and horrible people. I shouldn’t even be accepting request from this homophobic business anyway. Shame on anyone that supports Chick-fil-A.
