This is exactly how my food came out of my bag. Sauces were thrown in the bag in my fries. It was extremely cold not even room temperature!!! Just freezing. This has happened a couple times before and I let it slide since I work in Lakeside I know how busy it gets but now I’m just kind of irritated because I’m definitely not getting my money’s worth. This is ridiculous.

Whether it’s a long line, no line..the wait is definitely worth it. Customer service is always good and the food is always fresh!! My go to is the Cobb salad with nuggets with the Avocado dressing. Rain, sleet, or extreme heat, the employees mostly have a great attitude! You can’t beat having the chic fil a rewards app too which can speed up the process. Don’t let the line scare you

If I could give this business a – star rating I would. Most chick fil as I have been to have amazing food and service to go with it. However I have noticed since the new operator got there, the quality has hit a bottom low. The food is always cold and soggy, the workers clearly look unhappy to be there, and the service shows. There is no smile, no positivity, just slow robots behind a counter. Knowing previous employees under Mrs Hannah’s “reign” has confirmed that she is a horrible operator and should not be representing the chick fil a brand. A true shame. I would not recommend eating here nor working here. Unless unhappiness and an unsatisfied appetite is your goal.
