Extremely disappointed in this location. Corporate needs to know, y’all have been slacking BIG time. This is the THIRD time, I’ve come to this location. Each time, the chicken was tough & cold. as if they’d given me the leftovers, from the previous morning! The macaroni was so dry & cold, I had to toss it. Sadly, I never have the time to turn around, even if I’m still in the lot. If I place an online order, arrive early, wait & STILL get COLD FOOD- that’s a problem!

The absolute best ChickFilA! We come here all the time with our girls! They love to play, the staff have always been amazing, and the food is perfect. We had an issue today with not getting our Mac and Cheese and all of the employees were wonderful and work so quickly to get it right! So impressed!

Every Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to has been a great experience but this one sticks out. The workers here somehow manage to be more welcoming than I’ve experienced at any other fast food place. Everyone in there seemed happy and I was served by Chris at the counter and his attitude made a positive impact on my day. Thank you, this place is great.

Placed a mobile order at 10:07am. Received alert to be sure to arrive by 10:30am to get order. Said I was “at the restaurant” 10 minutes before arriving. Arrived at 10:23. Order was not ready or started. Waited 15 minutes before asking an employee wearing a Kstate polo what we were still waiting on. He rudely replied “food, we are waiting on food”. Another customer who was waiting said “this always happens at 10:30”. He was used to it because he is a Door Dash driver. My husband came inside angry, questioning if this was a Fast Food restaurant, which finally got the attention of the manager who did his best to speed things up but it was still another 10 minutes. Terrible way to start the day while visiting Kansas, frustrated with hungry kids screaming. I’m writing this review because it appears this is not a rare occurrence in the hopes that management can improve so others don’t have a similar terrible experience.

I love this location. The food is better than any other Chick-fil-A I’ve been to (which says a lot) and the staff is so kind. I have seen them go above and beyond for me and other customers around me.

We have eaten here several times and never had a bad experience. Our kids love the food and the play place. They are normally very busy, but the wait for our food is never too bad. They always seem to have plenty of staff to get the good ready and out the door in a timely manner.

Came in to pick up a shake. Went to beside the counter where a few other people were waiting for their orders/refills. Older guy with the glasses proceeds to ignore me the next 8 minutes, helping the person in front of me, behind me, to the side of me, etc(only one was there before me). One of the 2-3 people I observed doing seemingly nothing finally comes and asks if I have a DoorDash for some random person? Like maybe if you asked while I was standing there for almost 10 minutes you would know? Proceeds to finally hand me a half melted shake.
