I visit this Chick-Fil-A often and have had an excellent experience each time. This location has a convenient and easy drive thru, and typically operates both lanes during peak hours. I’ve experienced an average wait time of about 11 minutes in the drive thru window during peak hours.

The girl taking my order was super worried about the people inside not “being on the headset” and I ended up with the wrong drink. Everything else was right except my drink, which wouldn’t have been that big of a deal but I really don’t like cherry coke and that’s what I ended up with.

The store manager (older guy) was extremely great!! He effectively worked the front counter and positively interacted with the customers and staff. When the rush slowed, he walked around the dinning room and talked to All the dine-in customers. I wish I had his name. But, he did a WONDERFUL JOB!!

The team at this location is always spot on even when they are slammed! On this particular occasion I left my purse on the chair and didn’t notice until the next morning! Waited 40 minutes for a mobile order I placed, was never told via app or anything that my payment failed (it didn’t, it went through) and I had to go inside and talk to some people who were totally not understanding despite the fact that I showed them the receipt and everything. Not even an apology for my long wait with no communication. I spend way too much money here and it definitely stops today. It’s not like I was expecting my meal to be comped or anything like that, just basic human decency.

The layout of the drive through is poor. I don’t like a person standing outside to take my order before I have a chance to see the menu further down the line. Before I ordered, I realized there would be quite a wait, but I was already “trapped” in the line. The design of the two lanes collapsing into one doesn’t seem to help with the speed. I waited about 10 minutes for a single drink in the middle of the afternoon. The wait times seem bad right now and the food is bland.
