My fries are usually fresh when I go to this location but not today my fries was cold and nasty very disappointed especially since that is the only reason I go. I have been to three different locations in the past two weeks and my fries was cold and nasty at every location. It might be time for me to stop going to Chick-fil-A.

This establishment has excellent service. The app makes ordering and getting through line convenient even in busy hours. Staff is noticeably friendly and helpful. The food was splendid. Both the burger and the salad were well prepared. The prices are fair for fast food, especially when considering the quality of the service.

Nice staff which is the only good thing about the place. Staff is often, if not always students, which it’s good that they’re working hard, but the food is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. The only saving grace are the fries, but they’re not worth the price. Sandwiches are always soggy, and gross EVERYTIME I eat there, despite telling myself I will never eat there EVER again, but I oftentimes forget, get it anyways, overpay and COMPLETELY REGRET IT, not just while eating it but afterwards as well, and the loss to my wallet just makes me want to cry because it went towards something that would hardly be worth it on a good day, but with the quality of the food, I felt like I just used up my fare home, as well as any money I may have had for later, on what was literally trash, or at least after I bought it, as the sandwich was so disgusting I had to throw it away because I kept gagging on it. The fries were ok though, not great, but they were edible, unlike the super soggy, Spicy Chicken Sandwich. I can’t say anything as to their lemonade as I typically hate lemonade, so anything I would say about it, would be negative anyways unless it happened to be mind-blowingly good lemonade. Hopefully their food gets better, but I’ll never find out as I just spent the last dime I will ever spend at a Chick-fil-A. IT REALLY WAS THAT BAD.
