We stopped by with our sports team the other day. I mean, I have seen Chick-Fil-A works on their efficiency, but I have never been involved in a situation like this. I have, however, now witnessed myself this time. They saw us walk in, and within a few minutes they have already started to realign us with the rest of customers. I was so IMPRESSED! The order line for our team was quite smooth, and we got our food like RIGHT AWAY. The manager for this location needs to be recognized! She did so well with us, And with poise! Highly recommend this location! You all did a GREAT JOB!

I’m pretty sure we had a manager who rang us up inside. He was very pleasant, knew his menu, and gave us great suggestions on the new peach flavored drinks and ice cream. Our chicken was fantastic, as usual, but our fries lacked any kind of salt at all. We were able to fix it ourselves and this is very unlike this location, but it did happen. Overall we enjoyed our meals and will be back again soon.

I was very sad to find out that they have discontinued their cheese dipping sauce. Needless to say, I will no longer order the fries and will not be going there as often. The employees are wonderful, but the fries are terrible without the sauce.

After being help at the drive through with our order, we were directed to a spot to wait for our order. The bad thing was we received our order before the vehicle in front of us and were blocked in. We finally are able to leave and I looked in our bag and no straw for the shake. I only write this because it’s like this with every drive through we go. Always things missing.

Let me say I never seen a Chick-fil-A where the parking lot and the inside didn’t look like Grand Central station. I’m not a fan of Chick-fil-A but my granddaughter wanted to eat there. From the beginning the order we purchased was incorrect and end up spending more to get the correct order.

First time ever trying chicken fil a….. the service was good and the food was done super super fast. Everything was cooked well…. I just wasn’t overly impressed with it. Had the spicy chicken deluxe and I personally didn’t think it was better than Popeyes… kfc… or Wendy’s products in the same genre. I didn’t hate it by no means. Just thought it was going to be better.
