I’m not sure how they run so smoothly while always having a 30 car lineup. Customer service is ALWAYS excellent. I have NEVER had an incorrect order, and the food is delicious. Highly impressed with Chick-fil-a. They beat their competition with ease. The rest of these chicken joints can get out of town.

Delicious and the young lady who served us was super nice and friendly. We have been to a number of Chick-fil-A restaurants across the East, South and the Midwest, but this young lady was the first ever to ask us if we wanted to get our points and then showed us how to do it on our app at the drive up window. 6 stars for her kindness she stood out as a server.

When my father and I ordered through the drive through, more than half of our order was taken improperly. We asked for 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, no pickle, and 1 deluxe original chicken sandwich no cheese. We received 1 spicy chicken sandwich and 1 spicy deluxe chicken sandwich with cheese on it. Usually I wouldn’t mind, seems like a simple mistake but I cannot handle spicy well so I went inside to explain the situation and hope to get an original deluxe chicken sandwich. I was greeted by Jessica at the register and let me tell you, Jessica was the nicest person I have ever had the pleasure of talking to in a fast food restaurant. She listened and helped with the situation and was so polite. We need more people like Jessica in our world!

On July 25 at approximately 1:45 pm I went in to order 2 spicy deluxe sandwiches, a 12ct nugget, one 3ct chicken strips,one 4ct chicken nuggets, and two large fries for my family.(She messed up on my 4ct nugget she rang a 3 ct chicken strip)There was a tall mixed young lady working the cashier. She did not like that I had her repeat the order to us to make sure there was no mistakes. She struggled to repeat our order and our total was $50 we knew something was wrong so we had her repeat it again she did remove a few items off because she made a few mistakes. I then asked for barbecue sauce and she laughed in my face giving me the feeling that I’m asking for too much and that I’m a burden on her. I will continue to come to this location cause the food is good but the young lady really upset me.

Wanted to give a huge shout-out to Lisette for her efforts this morning (July 21, 2023 at the Fairview Heights, IL location). I had placed a catering order online 2 days ago and when I showed at 11:45 am to pick up there was no record and nothing waiting for me. I had placed the order on my work computer so couldn’t get the confirmation number to load, but remembered the order total and what I had ordered so wasn’t sure if the system had glitched.

I love chick-fil-a. But whoever owns this store needs to fix it and make it a safer environment for his employees. These poor kids are working out there in that hot sun. Absolutely dangerous over 100° in in the pure hot sun with all the motors running from cars all around them not a safe environment.
