Very clean. Friendly staff. Good time to go between 1 & 2 pm not as busy as the rest of the day. The waffle fries are very tasty. Large outdoor eating area as well & fresh flowers on all tables too.

We stopped in to grab food for the drive hone. The staff was friendly and the restaurant looked clean. Fodd was nice and hot and fresh. Other than it seemed as if the mac & cheese had been sitting for a bit. It eas hot hot but not a creamy as normal. Over it was good and would stop again when in the area.

Another visit to Bradley Chick-fil-A, and another disappointment. I have eaten at Chick-fil-A for years throughout the country and never once has my order been messed up….except at this location. I’ve had at least seven or eight negative experiences with messed up orders missing items or incredibly long delays. Unless the place is empty it always seems like chaos is going on behind the counter. Maybe someday they’ll get it together….

I did a mobile order for a grilled chicken club My total was nearly $10 for just the sandwich The hottest thing on my sandwich was my cheese. my grilled chicken breast was ice cold and had an off taste. I will say that the honey barbecue that they put in to put on a sandwich was delicious The lettuce was fresh the tomato was fresh but the chicken was ice cold they could have at least pretended it was still warm and microwaved it with the amount of money I paid.

The worst fries I’ve ever gotten at a chick-fil-a location, and lately they fill your fries box half with real fries and the rest with crumbs. Longest wait times I’ve ever experienced at a chick-fil- a location. If you have the time, just make the drive up to Orland Park to get a true chick-fil-a experience.

When we pulled up to drive thru there was about 15 cars a head of us and it still took about 30 minutes even before our order was taken. When we did order the person taking the was not friendly. After we ordered it still took an additional 15 minutes. If you are going to go to this location please make sure you have gas in your car and you have nothing else to do for atleast an hour if you use drive thru. Adding: when we got home our food was over cooked and dry. I would have rather had Wendy’s chicken and biscuits plus it would have taken almost an hour.

Everytime I’ve been to this location something is always missing!!! I’ve been given less nuggets then I paid for I’ve been missing whole sandwiches. Do yourself a favor and always check your bag before pulling off always!! Don’t waste your money and always check that you get what you pay for!! I never had this problem at the location in orland which is where I went before this one opened up. It gave me high expectations but this one is the complete opposite. The food is hot most of the time and out to me in a timely manner but it’s just the missing items which is a big deal for me cause that’s money down the drain.
